I have stress, but I use it to fuel my motivation and don't ever experience overload. As a result, I don't ever lose enthusiasm and passion, I never experience burnout, and I have high energy all the time, and I accomplish my tasks easily and on time.

I don't think I get overloaded or burnout, but I do have challenges with staying motivated and accomplishing my tasks.

I know that I'm overloaded and burnout. So I use food, exercise, the internet, social media, reading, tv, and other things to try to calm down, relax, and get away from upsetting or stressful situations as much as possible.
